1. Information We Collect

We collect user data only to send order updates, and we will not use user data for any other profit. To facilitate guest checkouts and deliver premium activewear, Valkex collects essential client credentials:

  • Identity Data: Full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number.
  • Transaction Data: Cart items, order amounts, and payment references (processed securely via Razorpay tokenized endpoints).
  • Delivery Data: Shipping addresses, city, state, and pin code deliverables checked via our logistics service.

2. Secure Transactions & Payment Ledger

We will not share user data or store card details. Complete payment credentials are never stored on our server nodes. All dynamic card transactions and gateway handshakes are managed via encrypted handshakes directly with Razorpay. Order records and transaction signatures are stored securely in our PostgreSQL database layer.

3. Telemetry & System Log Pruning

To maintain platform integrity and mitigate brute-force vector threats, our scheduler daemons process technical logs automatically:

  • Database operation audit logs (dynamic actions, order changes) are pruned automatically to retain only 14 days of history.
  • Server-side diagnostic system logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days before clean deletion by background jobs.

4. Secure Cookie Sessions & Preferences

We use secure cookie-based session drivers to manage your active shopping cart, wishlist items, and recently viewed products. Client theme preferences (Light vs. Dark mode) are stored on local client storage and remain strictly in-browser for an enhanced interface experience.

5. Communication Preferences

Account-related notifications (purchase receipts, payment verifications, and order status tracking updates) are sent to you automatically using the email address and phone number provided at checkout. We will not spam you.

6. User Rights

You hold complete sovereignty over your data. In strict alignment with consumer privacy laws, users can contact us to request a download of their transaction history logs, or to request complete deletion of their guest checkout records from our order tables.
