FAQ

Valkex is a premium technical activewear and streetwear label designed for high performance in urban environments. We combine advanced synthetic fabrics, minimalist aesthetics, and functional design to create clothing that is built to last.

Every product page features exact measurements. You can check our unified Size Guide for detailed sizing parameters like chest width and length. If you're in between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit, or sizing down for a compression fit.

For best results, wash your garments inside-out on a cold, gentle cycle (below 30°C) with a mild detergent. Hang dry inside or in the shade. Avoid using fabric softeners or tumble dryers, as they can wear down the technical fabric coatings over time. You can view our full Care Guide for more details.

We partner with leading domestic couriers like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC through our shipping network to ensure your orders reach you safely and as quickly as possible.

We process and ship all orders within 24 hours. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email as soon as your package is on its way.

We accept all major payment methods securely processed via Razorpay, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Net Banking.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 62388 67106 or Email at valkex.official@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing it (or before it is dispatched). Once packaging starts or the order is handed over to our courier partner (which typically begins within 2– 4 hours), it cannot be cancelled. You will need to provide your Order ID, Phone Number, Email, and Delivery Address used for the order.

We have a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that the refund will be processed after only the returned product is verified and validated by our end. You can start a return or exchange request directly through our Shipping & Returns page.
